for the Home version
you will need at least 3 pairs of dumbbells (vinyl or rubber coated recommended), the recommended dumbbells to start and follow the program are 5 lbs; 8 lbs and 12 lbs and these can be found at local retailers such as Wal-Mart and Target. You also need a “Lightweight Flat Workout Bench” which can also be found at Wal-Mart or Target stores (or other stores of your choice). Even though I have clients that won’t hesitate to spend $400-$500 on exercise equipment when starting my program, you can find exactly what you need at the two stores listed below and you certainly won’t need to spend a lot.
1) Dumbbells “3 pairs” $46 1) Dumbbells “3 pairs” $74
2) Exercise mat (1) $14 2) Exercise mat (1) $16
3) Flat workout bench $39 3) Flat workout bench $49
Wal-Mart Total = $99 Target Total = $139
**Additional exercise resistance bands (2 bands; light and medium resistance) are also available at both stores for approximately $18, even though I would suggest purchasing these bands, they aren’t absolutely necessary to follow my program.
