PROGRAMS AND PAYMENT METHOD

The 16-Week Transformation Program is a client membership payment of $59 every month for personal training you receive, with this program you will receive monthly updated personalized fat-burning meal plans, personalized exercise programs, personalized fat-burning abdominal programs and access to our personal training webinars during your continued client membership.

You can purchase any of the following programs on an individual basis; personalized fat-burning meal plans, personalized exercise programs, personalized fat-burning abdominal programs, and our personal training webinars. Each individual program is a one-time payment. There are no monthly updates to these individual programs bought on a one-time basis. Keep in mind you can use these individualized programs for as long as you’d like and still get great results.

This information is kept private and is required and necessary for me to custom design your personalized meal plan as well as designing your personal exercise plans.

After you submit your assessment questionnaire, I will review your information and design your Personal Meal Plan specific to your goals and your Personalized Exercise Plan according to your fitness level and capabilities; I will then upload them to your personal account page in the Clients (members) area of my website; (usually within 2-3 days), you’ll be notified that your programs are available for you to access them and begin your program and start getting results.

Our Live interactive Personal Training Webinars/Webcasts are conducted Bi-Weekly. You will receive an email with a link to connect to the webinar where You can interact with Brett and Giuliana and talk directly with us to discuss the topics that you are interested in. Top questions and topics are answered and discussed. This is a Great Motivational Tool where you can discover invaluable information and tips on the latest on getting fit when you’re over 40. Here YOU will learn Fact from Fiction on what really works on getting you fit when you are over 40.

Webinars generally last 55-65 minutes. In case you are unable to attend a webinar; No need to worry, no need to record these Webinars – as a FitOver40Trainer Client You will have access to any and all of My Webinars in our Webinar Library so that you can access them 24 hrs a day and watch them at your convenience.

PERSONAL TRAINING INQUIRIES

I have designed my FITOVER40TRAINER Program so that you have your choice of following your program either in a gym or the privacy of your home. In your Personal Assessment Questionnaire you just need to indicate HOME or GYM. Every exercise in Your Personalized Plan has links to Instructional Video’s that include either Myself or my wife Giuliana showing you in-detail exactly how to perform each individual exercise in the proper form for Maximum Benefit and to Keep you Safe and Free from Injury! All the exercises can be performed either in a Gym or at Home.

In-Home Exercise: You exercise in complete privacy with no intimidation; You can make mistakes with no intimidation; You can go at your own pace with no intimidation. You will need to either have or purchase a lightweight flat bench and 2-3 pairs of dumbbells ranging in weights from 3 lbs, 5 lbs, and 8 lbs. Gym Membership: You simply find the most convenient gym and sign up, since they almost certainly will have an overabundance of exercise equipment you won’t need anything except a membership. You already have your personal trainer with you so just simply access your personal account page in the Clients (members) area of my website pull up your exercise program for that day and follow the step-by-step instructional videos.

Yes; for the Home version you will need at least 3 pairs of dumbbells (vinyl or rubber coated recommended), the recommended dumbbells to start and follow the program are 5 lbs; 8 lbs and 12 lbs and these can be found at local retailers such as Wal-Mart and Target. You also need a “Lightweight Flat Workout Bench” which can also be found at Wal-Mart or Target stores (or other stores of your choice). Even though I have clients that won’t hesitate to spend $400-$500 on exercise equipment when starting my program, you can find exactly what you need at the two stores listed below and you certainly won’t need to spend a lot.

Yes. Even though we are located in the U.S. we have personal training clients outside of the U.S. Our FITOVER40TRAINER Online Personal Training is all done online. All you need is an internet connection. All communication is through email.
Either Brett or Giuliana will respond to all emails ASAP. Answering you questions is of upmost importance to us and you can generally expect a reply within 6 hours depending on the amount of emails we have at that present time. We are located in the United States (EST) so please allow for the difference in time zones.
All my meal plans are personalized for your individual specific requirements. You simply choose the foods that you dislike, or want excluded in your personal assessment questionnaire and based on the information that you submit in your assessment questionnaire; I custom design your meal plan to the foods “YOU” like. These can be tailored specifically to YOUR food preferences (FitFast Menu®; Gluten-Free; *Vegetarian). Your calorie requirements will be worked out precisely with the correct amounts of Proteins; Carbs and Fats, so that you will be successful in reaching your goals.

All my personalized meal plans are based on what I call my “60/40 Calorie Rule”, which matches you’re calorie consumption throughout the day with your body’s metabolism, which will have you burning fat right away and boost your energy.

*Vegetarian – We create your custom meal plan to coincide with the most common type of vegetarian diet which is Lacto-ovo (dairy and egg). If you are more restrictive in your consumption of animal products simply select out to fit your preference.

WHAT ABOUT PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS? INJURIES?

The answer is Yes. In your personal assessment questionnaire there will be fields that you will be asked to list any chronic or acute injuries and/or pain and if you have been cleared by your Doctor or Health Care Professional to engage in a physical fitness program; depending on that answer you will be asked to indicate what type of physical limitations or injuries you may have and the severity of pain associated with them.

Since I do specialize in personal training for people over 40 these issues are not new to me. Depending on your assessment questionnaire I may contact you directly for a consult to make sure that you will benefit from our program.

NUTRITION AND LOSING WEIGHT?

Most of my personal training clients that produced the best results had a good basic understanding of the importance of how vital the basic nutritional supplements are to optimizing their overall progress over a period of time while they are utilizing my programs. I realize that many of you have your favorite vitamins and nutritional supplements that you are happy with and I am not looking to make any changes with that. With that being said; remember that I am a certified nutrition specialist and I have a very in-depth knowledge of nutritional supplements and the functions which they perform. I am very conservative when it comes to advising on proven nutritional supplements and I stay away from “fad products”. I believe a personal trainer should be able to intelligently articulate to you the “proven benefits” of a nutritional supplement or just simply say – I don’t know!

So the answer is No – you don’t need them to get results…But the proper nutritional supplements can really speed up your progress. I hear this from my personal training clients a lot and to be honest I have to laugh, after 33 years of personal training, and quite literally training thousands of “hands-on” clients I tell all my clients the same thing…No-one is perfect on their diet program and even though you may have a bad day or a bad weekend and ate everything you saw, forget it…get over it and get right back on track. The only way you won’t succeed at this is if you quit! The fact is…some of my most successful clients failed a lot at first but after I told them to get right back on track, they found it easier and easier to follow their meal plan.

Keep in mind that according to the information that you provided to us in your Personal Assessment Questionnaire your daily calorie count has been calculated and incorporated with my “60/40 Calorie Rule”. If you go off of your meal plan and eat something that has 300 calories for example, then try and hold something back later that is close to that calorie count; that way you stay close to your calorie needs for that day.

A healthy mix of low fat/low calorie foods containing the perfect amount of protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats with all the calories calculated to your specific needs. This is based on a Ovo-Lacto (the most common vegetarian diet) no meat, fish, or poultry, but will contain milk, yogurt and eggs. These are all low calorie foods combining the correct amount of protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats with all the calories worked out to give you energy all day long while losing body fat. My own 60/40 calorie rule factored into each menu plan.

This is a diet that excludes gluten, a protein composite found in wheat, barley, rye.
