Over the last 7-10 years my fitness had really gone downhill due to getting older and circumstances of life. I’ve worked out with other trainers before and tried to train myself and my results have just gone downhill and I just really got out of shape. I knew I had very limited time to devote to a regular exercise program so I researched and found Brett Yokley and I signed up with him and his fitover40 programs.
I have basically been working out with Brett for about a year now and I am ecstatic with the results. I don’t feel like I’m trying to work out like a 20 year old football player anymore; my joints aren’t hurting anymore and my overall fitness level has gone up tremendously.
I’ve dropped over 21 lbs and about 9% body fat since I started working out with Brett; I couldn’t be happier… I would recommend Brett to anyone over 40 that wants great results.
