LOST: 17 LBS (7.7 KG)

BEFORE: 162 lbs (73.4 kg)
AFTER: 145 lbs (65.7 kg)

Working out with Brett has made my body stronger and more youthful; I’ve not only lost over 17 lbs but my energy has increased greatly. At 58 years old I wasn’t sure how much improvement I would see or if I could even follow the exercise routines. Brett designed a series of workout that pushed me and were actually fun to do. The more I worked out the more confident I became at wanting to push myself as time went on.

I actually got into good enough shape to travel to Peru and hike to Machu Picchu and that was a great experience and if it wasn’t for Brett’s fitness programs I’m sure I wouldn’t have been able to do it.

Another surprise to me that I wasn’t expecting is that I lost all the cellulite on my arms and my waist and that makes me very happy.
