I had a consultation with Brett Yokley in 1998 and I immediately signed up and I couldn’t be happier. I have been a very heavy man for the last 30 years and at 60 years old I knew it was time to make an all out effort and lose some weight and get in shape if I wanted to be around much longer.
I’m sure it wasn’t easy for Brett to constantly monitor me and see how I was doing following his fat burning meal plan, but he always had a way to make sure of reminding me of my goals I had set with him. He would say “these are your words, not mine”. I knew I needed a trainer that was impervious to my excuses. He knows a thing or two about the psychology of weight loss, probably from over 32 years experience.
Well; we are getting there and Brett is my co-pilot, and sometimes he’s the pilot. 50 lbs! That’s a heck of a lot of weight.
