LOST: 13 LBS (5.9 KG)

BEFORE: 133 lbs (60.3 kg)
AFTER: 120 lbs (54.4 kg)

After a major health event in my life in 1997; I was weak and severely out of shape. I was referred to Brett Yokley from a close friend of mine. I called and scheduled an appointment at his gym. When we sat down and started the assessment process I immediately knew that this was not your average personal trainer. His depth of knowledge with physical therapy was apparent from the start. He assured me that I could reach my fitness goals and do it safely without injury.

He designed my program specifically to match my fitness abilities (which at the time was not much). It took a while but my body started to bounce back as he continued to increase the progression.

So far I have lost over 13 lbs of body fat which is about an 11% drop in total body fat! Brett calculated that I have added more than 8 lbs of lean muscle. When I see this picture now of me it’s hard to believe how far I’ve come.
