Giuliana has been my trainer for 3 months now and I have already lost 16 lbs and I love the way she focuses and designs my workouts to give me the results that I really wanted. I have a very hectic schedule and I travel a lot and It really makes a difference when I’m following the Meal Plan so that I stay on track.
