I started working out with Brett Yokley to rehab my quadriceps muscle from a nerve injury, I knew I had to have someone that was very knowledgeable and had experience with this sort of situation before.
Brett was very straightforward and told me that after 33 years in the personal training business there wasn’t a situation he hasn’t worked with and he felt confident he could improve my nerve function which in turn would build supporting muscles around my knee. He said it wouldn’t happen overnight but it would happen.
In the last 8 months I have dropped 19 lbs and my flexibility and health has improved drastically. My quadriceps muscle and knee is getting better week by week.
