Hiring Brett as my personal trainer in 2006 has been one of the best choices I have ever made; I feel like I’m 30 again and have the energy of a 30 year old also. When I contacted Brett and filled out his assessment questionnaire I knew that this was someone that takes his profession very seriously and he is genuinely committed to helping people reach their goals.

His workouts are challenging and perfectly geared for what I am capable of doing. I like the 60/40 Calorie Rule that he uses with my meal plans and now I understand the importance of matching the calories with your metabolic rate throughout the day.

Brett keeps the exercise sessions fun and entertaining and I feel so much better than I have in the last 20 years
