With the slowing metabolism, less energy, and “normal” middle-age weight gain, I knew I was fighting a losing battle. I really just wanted to get some energy back in my life so after several failed attempts trying different weight loss programs I found Brett Yokley and contacted him and asked about his personal training for people over 40. I wasn’t sure about online personal training but after seeing his method and his personalized meal plans and personalized exercise plans I decided to sign up and start.
I chose the In-home workout program so I didn’t have to go to the gym and I have been a client of Brett’s for over 2 years now and am still following his meal plans and exercise plans.
