Over the years I have developed different programs for different body types that are very successful at helping my clients achieve success in their fitness goals. In your assessment questionnaire you will be asked to complete a section on your physical statistics (gender, age, height, weight, body fat%, etc…) You will also notice a body typing section where you will be able to select the body type that most closely resembles your exact body type, this will enable us to design the absolute best program custom fitted for you.
