I started with Brett and his personal training programs not really to lose weight but to strengthen my body and get my energy. My husband originally signed us up and I was a little hesitant at first but before long I was actually looking forward to my workout sessions with Brett.
I was surprised at how easy the workouts were and he didn’t train me like I was going into a weightlifting contest. He understands what people over the age of 40 want…more energy, more strength and slimmer and healthier.
