I’ll never forget the day I went to weigh myself after my husband and kids left for the day. I had been on a quick weight loss diet for 2 weeks and had been eating almost nothing while my family still ate normal and I pretended that it didn’t bother me. That morning I ran to the bathroom after everyone left and I stripped down and jumped on the scale and I just couldn’t believe it…I lost 2 lbs! I just started crying right there and I remember thinking, I give up!
My sister had been telling me about this personal trainer (Brett Yokley) that was online and she had been his client for the past 7 months and I remember the last time I saw her and how great and skinny she looked. I got the website info from her and joined the next day; ironic thing is he was a lot less expensive than that quick weight loss diet system.
Brett Yokley designed a program that actually re-programmed my metabolism to when I was younger. I liked the fact that I had my own personalized exercise program that I could access everyday and see Giuliana and Brett guiding me through the workouts in detail. I’ve lost over 47 lbs so far. I think the biggest difference is being on his fat-burning meal plans and his 60/40 Calorie Rule. I started to lose weight the very same day I started the meal plan.
