I started working out with Brett in 2004 and started following his FitOver40 programs and fat burning meal plans along with his 60/40 calorie rule. I thought that his exercise plans were ideally suited for me because I needed to lose quite a bit of weight that I just couldn’t seem to get rid of and I noticed that my upper body was starting to get weaker probably because I was losing muscle. After his consultation it was obvious to me he was the trainer that I needed and the fact that he had so much experience with people over 40.
Brett constantly monitored my progress and ability to perform the exercises and adjusted my program accordingly.
Well, I’m happy to report the results: I lost over 32 lbs of fat and over 12% body fat. I added muscle to my upper body and feel stronger than ever; he was right you can build lean muscle at any age and I’m living proof.
