I wanted to lose weight and build strength and at 67 I wasn’t sure if I could do it; I saw Brett Yokley’s FitOver40Trainer programs and contacted him and we went through his assessment process which impressed me and really put me at ease and gave me the confidence that he really paid attention to detail.

I have some issues with joint problems in my shoulders and knees and he designed my exercise programs to accommodate for this. After 3 or 4 months of being on the programs I was able to ease into exercises that helped strengthen and stabilize my knees and add strength and flexibility to my shoulders. Brett also suggested some nutritional supplements for my joints and these have really made a big difference also. I would recommend to anyone that is over 60 and wants to start a fitness program, don’t try it on your own and I would highly suggest getting on Brett Yokley’s fitover40trainer programs like I did.
