AFTER: 133 lbs (60.3 kg)

I started with Brett and his FitOver40 programs in 2007 and have gradually re-gained my shape and body back to what it once was when I was younger. I have lost over 19 lbs of fat that I had in places that I couldn’t stand to look at. Now I am very happy with the way I look and my overall body strength is better than it’s ever been and my energy levels are the same as they were in my 20”s.

When I started on Brett’s firover40programs I was raising 2 girls by myself and I worked in an industry that has a very demanding schedule but I was determined not to just give up like so many other people do and just ignore my health.

I contacted Brett; he designed my meal plans to give me energy and to burn fat, he also designed my exercise programs that were appropriate for my fitness level and I started! My schedule wasn’t perfect, but I wasn’t going to give up. One week I probably did the exercise program 2x and the next week I did it 3x, so my workout schedule was never perfect. With Brett’s encouragement and constant positive attitude I started to see changes every week.

This is how I look now and I couldn’t be happier.
