At 53, I was still semi-active but felt out of shape and no energy; I was referred to Brett from a friend and I already knew he specialized in fitness for people over 40 so I was hoping he could help me.
After 6 short months of hiring Brett as my personal trainer I was no longer tired all the time and I became a lot more active and I am very happy with the “new me”. I have lost over 21 lbs of fat and I am slimmer and stronger than I’ve ever been.
His workout programs were designed around my fitness abilities and he was very straightforward from the beginning when he told to “have patience” his objective was for me to reach my fitness goals and not to get injured along the way.
